Ref: MoH&FW’s O.M. No. 45013/0112020-CHS-V (8077716), dated 01.12.2021 (copy enclosed).
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare vide their O.M. No. A-45012/04/2017-CHS-V (Pt.)J, dated 09.04.2019 issued the instmctions regarding grant of Conveyance Allowance post 7’h CPC at the revised rate to Central HJealth Service (CHS) Doctors.· These instructions were adopted mut(ltismutandis for Railway Medical Officers and circulaJted over Indian. Railways vide Railway Board’s
letter of even number dated 09.06.2020.
- Now, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, in consultation with MoF, has issued the revised instructions regarding grant of Conveyance Allowance post 7′” CPC at the revised rate to Central Health Service (CHS) Doctors vide their O.M. No. 45013/01/2020-CHS-V (8077716), dated 01.12.2021.
- It has now been decided with the approval of Competent Authority to adopt the above mentioned instmctions dated 01.12.2021 of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare mutatis-mutandis for Railway Medical Officers also.
- These orders are issued in supersession ofall the earlier orders on the subject and will take effect from 01.07.2017.
