In reference to the above, it is to intimate to all concerned that the matter regarding reservation against roster points has been examined by the competent authority in the light of OA No. 1095/2015. In compliance of direction passed by the Hon’ble CAT/CDG on dt. 09.12.2015, it is decided that the promotion orders may be issued without considering roster points reserved for SC/ST. Promotion will be done as per general seniority subject to the final outcome of the case pending adjudication.
